摘要
主要综述酶联免疫吸附技术及其在农药残留、食品中违法添加的非食用物质、食品中生物毒素、食品中病原微生物、转基因食品等食品检测中的应用,并根据当前研究现状进行了展望。
The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was introduced in this paper,and the application of ELISA in food safety determination was reviewed,including pesticide residue,non-food substances that Illegally added to food,biological toxins in food,pathogenic microorganisms,genetically modified foods,etc.And future development are proposed based on current study states.
