草原毛虫核型多角体病毒的安全性研究 Ⅰ.草原毛虫核型多角体病毒的致病性研究

STUDIES.ON THE SAFETY OF GrNPV

用GrNPV对鱼、蛙、小白鼠、大白鼠、豚鼠、兔、鹌鹑、鸽、鸡、鹅、狗、猪、山羊、绵羊、牦牛、猴等16种366只脊椎动物,按国际病毒制剂安全性试验标准作了急性和亚急性感染试验,检测了长期接触GrNPV人员血清中对应抗体.结果表明,GrNPV对人体和脊椎动物无感染性、致病性和其它毒性.

This paper has reported the results of safety tests of Gynaephora ruoergensis Chou et Yin Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (abbreviate to GrNPV). According to the international standards and requirements for safety testing of viral pesticides, GrNPV had been used to do acute and subacute infection tests on crucians, frogs, mice, cavics, rabbits, quails, pigeons, chickens, geese, dogs, pigs, gosts, sheep, yaks and monkeys, with a total number of 366 vertebrates in 16 speci:s. We have examined the antibodies in sena of human bodies who had contacted with GrNPV for more than three years. The results proved that GrNPV couldn't infect human body and vertebrate, and no other toxicity or pathogenicity. So, it is safe to use GrNPV for the prevention and elimination of Gynaephora ruoergensis.
