摘要
连续变截面板(TRB)制成的汽车零部件能够显著减轻车身重量,具有更好的承载能力,但生产中还存在诸多问题。论述了连续变截面板具有的优势;分析通过柔性轧制核心技术和利用计算机的实时控制来自动和连续地调节轧辊间距,以获取沿轧制方向板材预先定制的变截面形状;针对连续变截面板的具体变化特征来重新设计模具,研究冲压过程中的变形和材料流动性特性,讨论连续变截面板成形的回弹问题与控制,TRB可成形性综合评价等。
Tailor Rolled Blanks (TRB) made auto parts will be able to reduce the body mass, with better load capacity, but there are still many problems in production. The advantages of TRB are discussed in this paper; the key of flexible rolling technology and the use of real-time computer control to automatically and continuously adjust the roll gap, to obtain the sheet along the rolling direction of pre-customized variable cross-section shape; the TRB characteristics of specific changes in board to redesign mold, stamping in the process of deformation, material flow characteristics, the springback, control and stamping evaluation etc. are discussed.
