天然气田增压站模拟监控系统的研究

摘要 为进一步研究天然气田增压站监控系统,设计了一个具有本地和远程控制的气田增压站模拟监控系统。实验模型采用罗克韦尔工业网络体系、ControlLogix处理器、1794I/O模块和自制的电路板模型搭建而成,并针对实际应用,利用力控组态软件进行模拟实验。实验结果表明,该设计已经完成了增压站监控系统的功能,达到了增压站监控系统的基本技术指标,并具备一定实际使用价值,同时为以后新开气田站监控系统的教学实验打下了基础。 In order to further study into the monitoring system for natural gas booster station, the simulation monitoring system which can be controlled locally and remotely is designed for natural gas booster stations. Rockwell Network, Control-Logix processor, 1794 Flex I/O module and circuit board model made by the authors are adopted in the experimental model. For the practical application, the simulation experiments were achieved with the force control software. The results show that the design can realize the function of natural gas booster station monitoring system and meet the requirement of the basic qualifications. The system has a certain application value and has laid a teaching experiment foundation for the new gas station control system.
