摘要
以废弃聚丙烯为研究对象,系统地探讨了催化改质温度、催化剂种类及催化剂用量等因素对废弃塑料热裂解催化改质制备汽油和柴油的影响。使用以高岭土、ZSM-5分子筛和磷酸(质量比为10∶3∶2)均匀混合后,经500℃焙烧制得的PZSM-5为催化剂,当催化剂用量为(质量分数)8%,催化改质温度为300℃时,燃料油得率可达82.94%。对燃料油进行蒸馏后,所得汽油和柴油的主要物理性能均可达到国家标准的相应要求。
The effects of various reaction factors of fuel oil from polypropylene waste by catalytic transformation of pyrolysis were studied,such as temperature,catalyst and so on.On the laboratory condition,using self-making PZSM-5 zeolite as catalyst,when the dosage of catalyst is 8%,and the temperature is 300 ℃,the yield of oil is 82.94%.The gasoline and the diesel oil received by distillation of the oil can meet the requirements of correlative national standards.
