多重耐药志贺菌整合子的序列分析

Sequence analysis of integrons in multi-drug resistant Shigella isolates
摘要
志贺菌属（Shigella）频繁出现耐药菌株，严重影响临床治疗的疗效。近年研究发现整合子-耐药基因盒与志贺菌属的耐药性有关，为探索志贺菌属多重耐药株携带整合子的序列结构特点，本研究对多重耐药志贺菌株的1类和2类整合子-耐药基因盒进行PCR扩增和序列分析。
