摘要
高温空气燃烧技术以其高效节能、低污染物排放等优点受到科学界和工程界的广泛关注。重点探讨了蓄热体破损、炉压偏高及频繁波动、换向阀泄漏等方面的原因及相应解决措施。分析了高温空气燃烧技术在工业化过程中的关键技术及亟待解决的问题,并对高温空气燃烧技术发展进行了展望。
High temperature air combustion (HiTAC) has aroused great attention and interests in energy conservation and pollutants reduction. A detailed analysis was performed on regenerator broken up, higher and fluctuating pressure, as well as valve leakage, with corresponding treatment methods. Accordingly, the key technology and existing problems of HiTAC was analyzed. Moreover, the focuses were summarized with some suggestions oresented on upgrading and applications of HiTAC in the decades.
