“强身保健药贴”神阙穴透皮给药对老年人衰老症状和免疫功能的影响

Influence on Immune Function and Symptoms of Aging of Old People of Shenque(CV8) Application of "Qiang-Shen-Bao-Jian Point Plaster"

目的:"强身保健药贴"神阙透皮给药对老年人衰老症状和免疫功能的影响。方法:选择61例老年人纳入研究,随机分为空白对照组和药贴组。药贴组于神阙穴贴敷"药贴",每日1次,共治疗30次,空白对照组不进行治疗。对衰老症状以及血清IgA、IgG、IgM及T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+进行治疗前后及组间对照。结果:"强身保健药贴"神阙给药能明显改善老年人的临床症状积分,自身前后及组间对照,均有显著性差异(P<0.001),总有效率为66.7%;治疗后,药贴组CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞数量高于空白对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM含量组间对照无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:"强身保健药贴"神阙给药能明显改善老年人衰老症状,能提高老年人CD3+、CD 4+T淋巴细胞数量,而对免疫球蛋白影响不明显。提示"强身保健药贴"改善老年人衰老症状的作用机制可能与提高细胞免疫功能有关。

Objective：To observe the effect of ＂Qiang-shen-bao-jian point plaster＂ applying to Shenque Point（CV8） on the immune function and symptoms of aging of old people according to thesuperposition principle of acupoints to the efficacy of drugs.Methods： Sixty-one cases of qualified old people were randomly divided into blank control group and transdermal patch group.The transdermal patch group was treated with ＂transdermal patch＂ applying to Shenque Point,once daily,30 times in total.Fasting serum IgA,IgG,IgM as well as T-lymphocyte subsets（CD＋3,CD＋4,CD＋8） level were observed before and after treatment,and compared with the other group;Aging symptom score were compared before and after treatment as well as between the two groups.Results：＂transdermal patch＂ can significantly improve clinical symptom score of the old people,there was significant difference（P0.001）in both self control and group control before and after treatment,and the total effective rate was 66.7%;After treatment,the CD＋3 and CD＋4lymphocyte number of the transdermal patch group was higher than that of the control group with significant difference（P0.05）;There was no significant difference in terms of serum IgA,IgG and IgM level between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：＂Qiang-shen-bao-jian point plaster＂ applying to Shenque Point through transdermal way can significantly improve clinical symptoms of aging and elevate CD＋3and CD＋4 lymphocyte number of the old people,but has little influence on the immunoglobulin.The results suggest that the mechanism of ＂Qiang-shen-bao-jian point plaster＂ transdermal patch applying to Shenque Point in improving symptoms of aging of the old people may be associated with enhancing cellular immune function.
