快速煅烧水泥熟料中液相的研究 被引量:1

A Study of the Liquid Phase in Rapid Heating-up Burning of Cement Clinker

摘要 用高温显微镜观察了水泥熟料在急烧和普烧过程中液相出现的温度;用高温粘度计测定了在C_3S-C_2S—C_3A-C_4AF系统中具有最低共熔温度(1338℃)和这个系统中在1450℃具有为C_2S和CaO所饱和的液相的两组试样的液相粘度;用x-荧光分析和穆斯堡尔谱对淬冷熟料的微观结构进行了研究。结果表明:快速煅烧可使水泥熟料在反应过程中的一部份Al^(3+)和Fe^(3+)从结构紧密的四配位转变成结构松散的六配位,从而使水泥熟料中液相出现温度降低200℃左右,液相粘度降低近一倍,波相量增加速度加快,不仅使熟料反应各阶段均处于液相参与下进行,而且降低了水泥熟料的煅烧温度,可以在1300℃左右烧成优质熟料。 Observations have been made on the temperature of liquid phaste app earance of cement clinker in the processes of rapid and ordinaryn burning by means of a high-temperature microscope. Measurements have bee taken, with the help of a high-temperature viscosimeter, of the liqid phase viscosicy of two groups of samples at the eutectic point (l338℃)in the C3S -C2S-C3A-C4AF system and saturated with C2S and CaO at 1450℃ in the liquid phase. The microstructure of rapid cooling clinker has been studied with X-ray fluorescence spectrometric analysis and the Mossbauer spectrum. The results show that the method of rapid heating-up burnings can transform some parts of Al3+ions and Fe3+ions from close packing 4 -Toldcoordination sites into loose 6-fold coordination sites,decreasing the temperature of liquid phase appearance by about 200℃,and reducing liquid phase viscosity approximately twice as much and quickening the speed of the increase of liquid phase quantity. Thus,this method makes it possible for the liquid phase not only to take part basically in every stage of the reaction in the formation reaction of clinker, but decrease the burning temperature of clinker as well. Good-quality clinker will be formed at about 1300℃。
