摘要
目的 为研究抗小肠移植排斥反应提供稳定、操作简单、良好的动物模型.方法 选用SD大鼠进行一期同种异体异位节段性小肠移植.结果 模型稳定后60 例小肠移植的术后3d存活率达90%.结论 熟练和完善的外科操作、良好的血管吻合、充分的补液及术后的复温和保温处理是提高手术成功率的关键.
Objective To examine the establishment of rat models of segmental heterotopic small bowel transplantation(SBT). Methods Segmental heterotopic SBT was performed on SD rats and the reconstruction of the small intestine was completed simultaneously. Results The 3 - day survival rate after model stabilization was 90%. Conclusion Skilled surgical manipulation,good anastomosis of vessels, sufficient liquid supplement and maintenance of body temperature were the key to the success of the operation.
