高效液相色谱法测定舒筋活血定痛散中血竭素的含量

Determination of Dracohodin in Shujin Huoxue Dingtong San by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

目的建立舒筋活血定痛散中血竭素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以SUPELCO Discovery C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）为色谱柱;流动相：乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液（40∶60）;检测波长：440 nm;流速：1.0 ml/min;柱温：40℃。结果血竭素高氯酸盐在12.425199.60μg/ml范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=1）;样品中血竭素高氯酸盐的平均回收率为102.5%,RSD为0.8%（n=6）。结论此方法简便、快速,可作为舒筋活血定痛散中血竭素的含量测定方法。

Objective To establish an high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of dracohodin in Shujin Huoxue Dingtong San.Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used,with SUPELCO Discovery C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） as the chromatographic column.Acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L NaH2PO4（40∶60）was used as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 440 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the column temperature was 40 ℃.Results The linear range of dracohodin perchlorate was 12.425-199.60 μg/ml（r=1）.The average recovery of dracohodin perchlorate was 102.5%.RSD was 0.8%（n=6）;Conclusion This method is reliable,accurate,and can be applied to separate and determine dracohodin in Shujin Huoxue Dingtong San.
