HLA单体型相合造血干细胞移植现状 被引量：1

摘要 异基因造血干细胞移植是目前治疗血液肿瘤、免疫性疾病、代谢性疾病和遗传性疾病的有效手段之一,而主要组织相容性抗原（major histocompatibility antigen,MHA,亦即HLA）全相合的亲缘间或非血缘关系供者是最合适的造血干细胞来源；
