To build Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula,we must firstly promote the intensive development of traditional fields and further make good use of marine resources based on these resources.In the second place,we should promote the rapid development of newly rising fields and extend the advantage of rich marine resources in an all-round way.Thirdly,we should promote the high-end development of strong fields and amplify marine resources to the deep level.And finally we should promote the optimization of development environment to fully enhance the utilization level of marine resources and have an all-round ocean economic development.
