摘要
水生生物可以直接反映水环境质量变化,水环境的恶化会对水生生物产生影响和危害。因此,生物监测技术是水环境监测的一种最直接且有效的手段。介绍了水环境生物监测技术的定义、理论、主要方法及其优越性。列举了长江流域水生生物监测应用的典型案例,并对生物监测技术存在的问题进行了分析,对其应用前景进行了展望。
Through biological monitoring,the impacts of human activities in various environments can be directly obtained and the integrated toxicity,which can not be identified by conventional chemical monitoring,could be identified.The worsening of water environment will impact and harm the aquatic organisms,so,aquatic organisms can directly reflect the changes of water environment quality.Therefore,the aquatic organism monitoring technology is the most direct and effective method for water environment monitoring.We introduce the definition,theory and main methods and superiority of the technology.The typical application cases of aquatic biological monitoring are given and the existing problems of the technology are analyzed.
