老年胸痛与疾病相关性的临床护理观察与应对策略

目的:探讨合并胸痛的老年患者临床情况,为临床护理工作提供应对策略。方法:2009年6～12月对>60岁的老年患者的临床资料,分析合并胸痛的患者的患病情况,了解胸痛症状与所患疾病的相关性。结果:197例老年患者中有146例存在胸痛症状,合并胸痛的患者中心脏疾病最多,其次为胸壁疾病和肺部疾病,再次为肿瘤。结论:胸痛症状是老年患者常见症状之一,不同疾病的胸痛常有不同的伴随症状,临床护理工作中应注意监测和应对。

Objective：Inquiry into the clinical circumstance is a concerning old-age sufferer the merger chest pain,provide to reply the strategy to work for the clinical nursing.Method：Collect the clinical data concerning June of 2009 go to December at 60 years old that my section stay in the hospital above of old-age sufferer,analyze the clinical circumstance sufferer concerning the merger chest pain,understand the relativity disease in the system symptom.Results：146 symptoms with painful existence chest in 197 sufferers,among them heart the patient is most,is the chest wall disease and a disease of lungs the next in order,again the next in order is tumor.Conclusion：Chest in old-age sufferer the pain is a familiar symptom,accompanying with the symptom in different disease dissimilarity,attention monitor and reply in clinical nursing work.
