服务营销是医院管理的重要组成部分。改善服务营销,强化品牌意识,提高服务质量,增强竞争能力,是经济与社会发展对任何医院管理的客观要求。在市场经济条件下,社区医院作为一个特殊服务提供机构,其服务营销的优劣将会直接影响社区医院的生存和发展。
Service marketing is an integral part of management in a hospital. Economy and social development make objectively any hospital improve service marketing, reinforce brand consciousness, promote service quality and increase competitiveness. In market economy, community hospitals, as special service suppliers, will directly influence the existence and development of community hospitals with their advantages and disadvantages.
