摘要
分别采用高温交联型及低温交联型免烫整理剂对纯棉薄型色织物进行免烫整理,发现采用高温交联型免烫整理剂FEL整理织物,强力损伤严重,需添加强力保护剂等来改善强力;而低温交联型免烫整理剂AP及RCT整理后织物,水洗后表观平整度可达到3.5级或以上,织物强力损伤明显较小,且可节约能源。
High-and low-temperature cross-linking resins on yarn-dyed cotton fabrics are applied,respectively.It is found that the fabrics treated by high-temperature cross-linking resin FEL have serious strength loss,so strength protective agent should be added to improve its strength.When low-temperature cross-linking resins AP and RCT are applied,excellent DP rating (up to 3.5 or higher) with less strength loss can be achieved,also with good result in energy saving.
