摘要
宽频太赫兹技术在国防、通信等领域有着广阔的应用前景,光电导天线是产生宽频太赫兹波的重要手段。基于HFSS电磁仿真软件,对蝴蝶型和双极型两种电极结构的小孔径光电导天线进行了电磁场仿真。通过对比不同参数情况下这两种光电导天线的增益,找到了一种具有较高发射效率的小孔径光电导天线,并分析了电极形状和电极间隙对光电导天线发射效率的影响。仿真结果表明,相同尺寸的蝴蝶型天线比双极型偶极子天线具有更高的增益。
A broadband terahertz(THz) technology has wide applications in the fields of national defense, communication and scientific research etc..The photoconductive antenna is one of the important means to generate THz wave.The electromagnetic fields of two small-aperture photoconductive antennas using Dipole and BowTie electrodes respectively are simulated by using HFSS simulation software. By comparing the gains of two photoconductive antennas using different parameters,a small-aperture photoconductive antenna with higher radiation property is found.The influence of electrode shape and electrode gap on the radiation property of the photoconductive antenna is analyzed.The simulation result shows that the antenna of BowTie shape has higher gain than the antenna of Dipole shape of a same size.
