摘要
采用阻燃粘胶与羊毛按不同比例混纺制备机织物,对混纺织物的力学性能、水洗尺寸变化率进行了测试,并采用氧指数法对混纺织物的阻燃性进行了研究.测试结果表明:阻燃粘胶纤维/羊毛混纺比为70/30时织物的力学性能好于2种纤维的纯纺织物;阻燃粘胶纤维比例越高,混纺织物的阻燃性能越好,当阻燃粘胶纤维的比例达到50%时,混纺织物的阻燃性即达到阻燃要求.
In order to obtain a kind of flame retardant fabric with excellent overall performance,flame retardant viscose fiber(FRV) and wool are used for making woven fabrics in different proportions.The mechanical properties and washed dimensional changes of blend fabrics are tested,and the limiting oxygen index(LOI) test is used to study flame retardant property of blend fabrics.The results show that when the FRV/wool ratio is 70/30,the fabrics have better mechanical properties than that of pure fabrics of each fiber.The more FRV proportion,the better blend fabrics′ flame retardant property is.When FRV proportion reaches 50%,the blend fabrics′ flame retardant property can meet the flame retardant requirement.
