摘要
Web2.0环境下图书馆面临一些问题,包括商业化信息服务系统带来的冲击、OPAC不能满足用户的检索需求以及电子资源服务系统的局限性。本文以Primo和Encore为例,首先对新一代资源发现和服务传递系统的功能进行了解析,包括一站式检索、丰富的信息组织和揭示、个性化和社会化功能,然后探讨了Primo和Encore的不同。最后展望了图书馆信息服务系统的发展趋势,包括进行统一资源管理,浏览和搜索并重以及在用户的环境中嵌入服务。
Libraries are facing some problems in Web2.0 environment, including the impacts of business information service systems, the limitations of OPAC and service systems of electronic resources. This paper takes Primo and Encore as examples, introduces the features of Primo and Encore including one -stop searching, rich organization and reveal of information, personalization and social features, then discusses the differences between Primo and Encore. Finally, the paper puts forwards some development trends of information service system in libraries.
