On the Construction of Attorney Integration Mechanism with Chinese Characteristics and Its Safeguard

当前,运用检察一体化原则建构中国特色的检察一体化工作机制具有必要性与可行性。建构中国特色的检察一体化工作机制,还存在外部体制不健全和内部制度不完善等制约因素。因此,应在宏观层面上建立检察系统的垂直领导制,推进财政人事制度改革,弱化行政管理模式,整合内部职能部门设置。

At present, it is not only necessary but also feasible to construct the procuratorial Integration mechanism with Chinese characteristics according to the principle of procuratorial Integration. But such factors as the flaws in system will hamper the process. So the procuratorial system must be guided against outside interference, its financial and personnal systems be reformed, its administrative mode be weakened, and organizations within the procuratorial system be integrated.
