摘要
如何学习是网络时代的一个重大课题。当前人们利用网络进行学习面临诸多困境,如学习路径的迷失、个体知识积累的动摇,学习效率不高等,从信息价值键的视角来破解这一难题是一条可供借鉴的路径。基于信息价值链的网络学习模式由数据、信息、知识和智慧4个元素构成,贯穿于不同的学习过程与阶段,这一模式能够合理地解释网络环境下有效学习发生的过程,即如何有效促进由数据与信息量的积累到知识与智慧质的跃迁。
How to study is a significant subject of the network era. At present, people are facing such dilemma as confusion in finding learning path, unstable accumulation of individual knowledge and low-level learning efficiency. It is referential to solve the problem from the view of information value chain. Information value chain-base online education model comprises four elements, namely, data, information, knowledge, intelligence, which run through different learning stages. This type of online education can rationally describe the process of effective learning in network environment, that is to say, how to effectively develop from the accumulation of data and information quantity to quality leaping of knowledge and intelligence
