细管引流联合胸腔内注射重组人白介素-2治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察及护理

Effect observation and nursing care of patients with malignant pleural effusion treated by transmicrocatheter intrathoracic drainage combined with intra-thoracic injection using interleukin-2

目的观察微导管引流胸腔积液后胸腔内注射白介素-2治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及护理。方法应用微导管对40例恶性胸腔积液进行引流,然后胸腔内注射白介素-2,观察其疗效、患者生活质量及不良反应。结果应用中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流术及重组人白介素-2胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液,总有效率达82.5%,患者生活质量明显改善,无严重不良反应。结论微导管引流联合胸腔内注射白介素-2方便、安全,是一种治疗恶性胸腔积液的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the outcomes of interleukin-2 chemotherapy on malignant pleural effusion with transmicrocatheter intrathoracic drainage and nursing.Methods Forty patients with malignant pleural effusion were treated by transmicrocatheter intrathoracic drainage combined with intra-thoracic injection using interleukin-2.The efficacy,quality of life and toxicities were evaluated.Results The total response rate was 82.5%.The quality of life was improved.There was no significant toxicities.Conclusions Transmicrocatheter intrathoracic drainage combined with intra-thoracic injection using interleukin-2 is convenient,effective in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.It is an effective way and is worth while in clinical application.
