中药保留灌肠治疗糖尿病肾病30例

Clinical Obervation of Chinese Medicine Retention Enema for 30 Cases of Diabetes Nephropathy

目的观察中药保留灌肠法在糖尿病肾病(DN)IV期疗效。方法将60例Ⅳ期DN患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加中药保留灌肠,治疗56d,观察比较治疗前后血清肌酐、尿素氮、24h尿蛋白定量的变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗前后检验指标有明显改善,治疗组总有效率87.5%,对照组总有效率63.3%。两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中药保留灌肠治疗IV期DN有较好疗效,能够改善肾功能,延缓病情进展,临床应用价值高,成本低。

Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of the Chinese medicine enema in treating the Ⅳ term of Diabetes nephropathy（DN） . Methods the 60 cases of DN were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30cases） . The control group cases were treated with a regular Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group cases includes a regular treatment（same as the control group） and Chinese medicine retention enema for 56 days. The Serum Creatinine（Scr） ,Blood Urea Nitrogen（BUN） ,24 hour urine protein quantity were observed. Results compared the curative effect of 2 groups,treatment group total effective rate was 87.5%,and the control group total effective rate was 63.3%. There were significance different in the total effective rate（P0.01） . The changes of Scr,BUN,Alb,24 hour urine protein quantity of 2 groups were different and the difference between the 2 groups was significant（P0.01） . Conclusions Chinese medicine retention enema is a effective way in treating patients of Ⅳ term DN,which would prolong the deterioration of kidney function,improve life quality. It has high value,low price in clinic.
