马钢高炉炼铁工序能耗预测模型 被引量:8

Study on Prediction Model of BF Procedure Energy Consumption for Ma′anshan Steel

摘要 根据马钢高炉炼铁工序的生产数据,分析了影响马钢高炉炼铁工序能耗的相关工艺参数,并找出了影响炼铁工序能耗的关键性因素。通过分析影响炼铁工序能耗的各关键因素的相关关系及对能耗的影响规律,应用SPSS软件建立了炼铁工序能耗预测模型。另外,分析了影响焦比和喷煤比的主要因素并建立了相应的预测模型。炼铁工序能耗预测模型的可靠性高,可用于指导高炉炼铁工序的节能降耗工作。 According to the history data of irortmaking production of Ma'anshan Steel, the related parameters affecting BF procedure energy consumption were investigated. The key factors affecting BF procedure energy consumption were also identified. The relationship between the key factors and effecting mechanism for energy consumption were analyzed. A prediction model for BF procedure energy consumption was established by SPSS. In addition, the primary factors affecting coke ratio and PCI ratio were also analyzed and whose prediction model were established respectively. The reliability of predietion model for BF procedure energy consumption is very high. It can be used to guide the energy saving in blast furnace process.
