无凸缘低盒形件板料毛坯的设计研究 被引量:4

Research on sheet blank design of shallow square boxes without flanges

摘要 针对无凸缘圆角半径较小的低盒形件,在经验作图法的基础上,提出两因素实验优化设计方法,以关键点的高度均方差作为优化的目标函数。对每个因素和水平采用Dynaform软件进行模拟,并根据目标函数确定最优的水平。模拟和实验结果表明,两者数据基本一致,两因素实验优化设计方法明显的减小了零件圆角区域成形高度的波动范围,较好的改进了浅拉深产品的成形效果,对同类产品的生产具有一定的参考意义。 Based on the empirical formula,a two-factor optimal blank design method for the smaller corner dimensions of shallow square boxes without flanges was proposed,and the height mean square error of the key points was set as the objective function.Each factors and levels by the Dynaform software was simulated,and according to the objective function,the optimal level was determined.The results of simulation and experiment show that the data of them are coincident.The fluctuant areas of the height in the corner of the product is reduced obviously by two-factors optimal blank design method,and the shallow drawing forming effect of the product is improved well,which plays an important role to the similar products as a reference.
