正常儿童左室心肌非致密层和致密层厚度及其比值的超声检测

Detection of thickness and ratio of left ventricular myocardial noncompaction and compaction layers in normal children by two-dimensional echocardiography

摘要 目的通过测量正常儿童左室心肌非致密层厚度、致密层厚度及二者比值(N/C),为儿童左室心肌致密化不全的超声诊断提供依据。方法对60例正常儿童行经胸超声心动图检查,于收缩末期分别测量左室后壁、侧壁的基底段、中段以及左室心尖部心肌非致密层厚度和致密层厚度,并计算N/C比值。结果左室后壁、侧壁的基底段、中段及左室心尖部心肌从超声图像上分为心内膜非致密层和心外膜致密层,各个节段心肌N/C的平均值约为0.5,与成人一致。结论正常儿童左室N/C值与成人一致,该研究可为儿童左室心肌致密化不全诊断提供依据。 To investigate the thickness and ratio of left ventricular noncompact and compact layers (N/C) in normal children, and to provide basis of echocardiographic diagnosis of children with left ventricular noncompaction(LVNC). Methods Sixty normal children were examined by transthoracic echocardiography, the thickness of the noncompact and compact layer at the basal, middle segment of posterior and lateral wall and the left ventricular apex in end systole were measured, and the N/S was calculated. Results The myocardium at the basal, middle segment of posterior and lateral wall and the left ventricular apex can be divided into noncompact endomyocadium and compact epicardium layers in normal children, the mean value of N/C in each segment was 0.5. The thickness in end systole was consistent with that of adults. Conclusion The N/C of left ventricle in normal children was consistent with that of adults, it can provide basis for diagnosis of LVNC in children.
