用户信息规避行为及其国内外研究现状浅析

Analysis of Users' Information Avoiding Behavior

认为Internet的飞速发展给人们带来广阔的信息空间,而如何快速而又准确地在广阔的互联网上获取所需信息,成为人们越来越关注的焦点问题。除了信息系统自动过滤信息之外,信息用户必须根据自身的个性兴趣、认知基础或群体特征对无用或无效信息进行规避,建立起自身的信息选择机制,以达到提高信息活动效率、增强自我效能感的目的。在阐述用户信息规避行为含义的基础上,分析用户信息规避行为领域的国内外研究现状以及未来研究方向。

The rapid development of Inteet has brought people vast information space. However, people pay more and more attention about how to quickly and accurately access information on the Internet. Besides information system filtering, information users must avoid useless or invalid information according to their individual interest, cognitive basis or group characteristics, establish their own information choice mechanism, achieves purpose which can improve efficiency of information activities and enhance self-efficacy. Based on elaboration of users＇ information avoidance behavior, this paper analyzes the current studies and the trends on this topic.
