营养客观参数与老年患者压疮发生的相关性分析 被引量:31

摘要 目的分析老年患者发生压疮的营养危险因素,探讨有效的预防措施。方法采集391例住院消化科老年患者人体营养学指标和实验室指标数据,用χ2检验比较各客观营养指标与压疮发生率之间的差异;用非条件Logistic回归方法分析发生压疮的营养相关危险因素。结果血清白蛋白、体质量指数、小腿围是导致老年患者压疮发生的重要营养危险因素,OR值分别为0.239、0.473、0.470。结论在压疮预防与治疗过程中要重视老年患者的营养问题,尤其要注意患者血清白蛋白、体质量指数和小腿围的变化情况,积极进行护理干预,使压疮发生率降至最低。 Objective To analyze the nutritional risk factors on bedsore of gerontal patients and to study the effective prevention measures. Methods Human nutrition indexes and laboratory data of 391 gerontal inpatients in the department of digestive diseases were gathered. χ2 test was used to contrast the differences of objective nutrition parameters and incidence rate of bedsore. Non-conditional logistic regression was employed to analyze the nutritional risk factors related to bedsore. Results Serum albumin, body mass index and cnemis circumference were important nutritional risk factors which led to bedsore of gerontal patients, and the OR values were 0.239, 0.473 and 0.470 respectively. Conclusion The nutrition conditions, especially the serum albumin, body mass index and cnemis circumference, should be emphasized during the prevention and treatment of bedsore of gerontal patients. Positive attending intervention should be performed to minimize the incidence rate of bedsore.
