摘要
本文介绍了衰减振荡计数法测量Q值的原理及根据该原理设计的采用单片微机(MCS—48系例)的智能化数字式Q表,它可在10KHz~10MHz频率范围内对电感线圈的Q值、电感量和电容量进行快速测量,并自动进行系统误差的修正。文中还给出的该仪器测量回路的误差电路模型及分析结果,给出了系统误差的修正公式。修正后Q值的测量误差可小于3%。
A kind of digital Q merer based on a single-chip microcomputer is designed according to the principle of free attenuation oscillation. It can not only measures the quality factor of coil but also inductance, capacitance and resistance over a wide range of frequency. The implementation of measurement is automatically controled by the single-chip microcomputer and also the data processing is done. it alternatively to conventional Q meter has advantags of higher measurement accuracy, higher speed, more simple procedure, smaller size and desiging more easily etc.We describes its hardware and software in detail and makes an analysis of measurement error. Moreover the measurement error is corrected by microcomputer.
