摘要
本研究中使用了三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、碳黑、玻璃微珠作为填料,改善了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)的表面硬度,热变形温度及抗磨损性能。特别是玻璃微珠在经偶联剂处理后,可使超高分子量聚乙烯的耐磨性高约40%。可使其热变形温度提高近40℃。在本研究中,用相差显微镜观察了填料在UHMW-PE中的分布状态规律。用扫描电镜拍摄下材料的断口形貌照片、磨损后的表面和磨屑照片。这些资料为研究材料性能和结构之间的关系提供了有力的依据。此改性材料正在造纸工业中及煤矿中试用。
Surface hardness,Thermal deformation temperature and abradability of UHMW-PE were improved by some fillers(for example Al_2O_s,SiO_2,carbon black and glass microspheres). This work shows that thermal deformation temperature was increased about 40℃ by filling some glass microspheres.If the glass microspheres were treated with coupling agents,the wear lose of the composite was decreased about 40%.Two phases of the composite structures were observed by phase contrast microscope.The fracture morphology and wear surface were observed by SEM.The composite of UHMW-PE were placed on probation in coal mine and paper industry
