摘要
讨论了增粘树脂浓度直接影响着乳液稳定性,树脂/羧基丁苯胶乳比例影响着地毯胶的粘结强度;以实验结果确定F4复合型表面活性剂复配用量,发现增粘树脂与羧基丁苯橡胶乳液一起进行乳化反应,可以制得触变性好、粘结强度高。
It was found through discussion that concentration of tackifying resin directly affected emulsion stability and the ratio of resin to carboxylated styrene butadiene rubber emulsion affected adhesive strength of carpet adhesive. Content of F4 surfactant for compound mixture was optimized through experiment, only to find that non fluid carpet adhesive of good thixotropy and high adhesive strength could be prepared through emulsifying of tackifying resin with emulsion of carboxylated styrene butadiene rubber.
