摘要
用腰果壳油改性酚醛树脂,以引入长链的脂肪烃基,可改善酚醛树脂的韧性,用其浸渍石棉纤维,可制得综合性能良好的摩阻材料。研究结果表明,随着腰果壳油用量的增加,制品的摩擦系数和最高使用温度均增加,并在用量为15~20%时呈现最低磨耗值;加入少量橡胶可提高制品的摩擦系数和冲击强度,但也增大了磨耗量;适当提高成型温度,不仅有利于树脂充分固化,提高了制品的摩擦系数,且可保持制品较高的热衰退温度。
By modifying phenolic resin with cashew nut oil, long chain fatty hydrocarbyl could be introduced in the resin, thus thetoughness of the resin was improved, and a friction material with good comprehensive properties could be made by impregnatingasbestes fiber with the modified resin. The results showed that the friction coefficient and the highest working temperature of thematerial increased with the increase of the addition of cashew nut oil, th wear loss was the lowest when the addition was 1520%; by adding a small amount of rubber, the friction coefficient and impact strength were increased, but the wear loss was al-so increased; at a higher moulding temperature, the resin would cure well and the friction coefficient increased, and the productwould have a reasonable thermal failing temperature.
