由废触媒回收制备硫酸镍的研究

The Study of the Preparation of Nickel Sulphate from Waste Catalysts

阐述了以双氧水车间废触媒为原料，制备七水硫酸镍的工艺条件，该工艺对原料的适应性广，且除杂效果好，镍回收率达95％以上，产品质量符合GB／T6392－86的要求。

The paper describd the method of the preparation of nickel sulphate(NiSO4·7H2O) using waste catalysts recovered from hydrogen peroxide manufacturing workshops as the raw materials. Experinements told that a wide range of materials could be used, and the purification procedures are quite effective. The recoveries of nickel could reach the level of more than 95%.The quality of the products is in conformity of the standard of GB 6392-86.
