基于自由主义正义观视角的中国收入分配问题研究

Research on the Income Distribution of China from the View of Justice Based on the Liberalism

改革开放以来,虽然我国国民收入总体水平有所提升,但不同群体间的收入分配差距却在不断增大。如何妥善解决国民收入分配失衡问题已成为影响构建社会主义和谐社会的关键因素。本文从自由主义正义观的视角出发,提出我国现阶段规范收入分配秩序不仅要关注再分配环节,更要维护好初次分配环节的公平与效率。只有确保"起始公平"和"程序公平",才更容易实现"结果公平"的分配目标,才能逐步形成公开透明、公正合理的收入分配秩序,进而扭转目前收入分配差距扩大的趋势。

Since the implement of reform and opening up policy,the national income of our country has been improved significantly,but the gap in income distribution between different groups has been widening.How to resolve the imbalance in income distribution of national income properly has been the key factor of building a harmonious society.Through the analysis and summary of the notion of justice,the article proposed that we not only pay attention to the secondary distribution of income to standardize the pattern of income distribution,but maintain the justice and effectiveness in the primary distribution.Only if we maintain the fairness at starting line and during the distribution process can we form a transparent fair and rational pattern of income distribution and resolutely reverse the widening income gap.
