摘要
通过调查中西部4区县社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院中医药人员现状,发现中西部普遍存在中医药人员总量不足、职称和学历偏低的情况,亟待充实基层中医药服务人员力量,据此对在新医改背景下的基层中医药发展提出了相关的政策建议。
Through a questionnaire survey carried in the view of personnel status of basic Traditional Chinese Medicine institu- tions in four distracts in Midwest China, some problems are found, including personnel deficiency, low professional title and qualifica- tion low, etc. Based on this, some policy suggestions are put forward for Traditional Chinese Medicine development under the background of medical reform.
