《灵枢经》血脉考

Textual Research on the Xuemai Recorded in the Classic of Miraculous Pivot

通过对《灵枢经》中"经"、"脉"、"经脉"、"经隧"、"血脉"等众多表达"受血而营之"功能的中医解剖学名词的考证,发现"血脉"的内涵和外延最能恰当地反映血管的实质,因此主张将"血脉"定义为中医学对血管系统的总称,从而试图规范中医学对"血脉"及其病变的认识,为中医治疗血脉病提供理论基础。

Through the textual research on the TCM anatomical terms of Jing,Mai,Jingmai,Jingsui,Xuemai,etc.,which describe the tissue with the function of ＂receiving blood,transporting and transforming blood＂,it was discovered that Xuemai （blood channel） in the classic of Miraculous Pivot with its meaning and extension was the most suitable expression to reflect the nature of blood vessels in mordern medicine. Therefore,we put forward to definite the word Xuemai （blood channel） as the collective term of blood vessel system of TCM,and try to standardize the knowledge of TCM on blood channel and its pathological changes,for providing the theoretical basis for TCM for treating the diseases of blood vessels.
