摘要
肠内营养（EN）是肾衰竭（RF）患者营养治疗的首选,但是RF患者由于胃肠功能的紊乱,限制了EN的有效补充,因此,临床上常常需要对RF的急性患者适当的补充肠外营养（PN）。RF患者，尤其是ARF和危重患者是需要行人工营养最大人群。研究报道，PN能够改善血液透析患者的低蛋白血症，并能使患者营养状况以及炎症状态得到明显的改善。本文就PN在RF患者中的应用做一综述。
