摘要 目的研究银杏叶黄酮的提取工艺,获得优化工艺条件。方法以硼砂-氢氧化钙-水为溶剂提取银杏叶黄酮。采用响应曲面法优化浸提温度、液料比、硼砂含量、pH值、时间等影响因素。结果优化工艺条件为:浸提温度90℃,液料比20:1 mL·g-1,硼砂含量1%,硼砂-氢氧化钙溶液pH值7.42,浸提时间55.3min。在最优工艺条件下,提取率为85.57%。结论所得优化工艺安全可靠,对工业生产具有指导意义。 Objective To obtain the optimal extraction The flavonoid was extracted by borax-calcium hydrate extraction temperature, liquid/solid ratio, borax content in process of the flavonoid from ginkgo biloba leaves. Methods water solution from ginkgo bitoba leaves. The factors such as aqueous solution, pH value and extraction time were optimized by the response surfice methodology. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 90℃, liquid/solid ratio 20:1mL·g^-1, borax content in aqueous solution 1%, pH value 7.42, extraction time 55.3min. Under the optimal condition, the yield of flavonoid was 85.57%, Conclusion The optimal extraction process is secure and reliable. And it's significant for industrial production.
