靶控输注丙泊酚复合不同剂量舒芬太尼在神经外科手术中的应用观察

摘要静脉复合全麻是临床最常使用的麻醉方法之一,而麻醉性镇痛药又是其重要的组成部分。舒芬太尼（sufentanil）属芬太尼家族,是选择性μ1受体激动剂,具有较强的镇痛效果,有报道其镇痛效果是芬太尼的5～10倍[1],且具有心血管稳定性好、呼吸抑制轻、安全可靠和恶心呕吐等副作用少等优点。
