摘要
埕岛油田海底管线在生产过程中出现了断裂。通过对海管断裂原因进行调查分析,认为环境载荷(如风、浪、地震等)的作用,海上作业引起的外力破坏以及疲劳断裂是引起海管失效的主要原因。实现海管自动化检测、增设清管装置、加强悬空治理以及提高管材质量可有效防止断管事故发生。
The fractures occurred in the subsea pipelines in the operation of Chengdao Oil Field. The analysis of corrosion causes concluded that the environmental loads (such as effects of wind, wave, earthquake and suspension, etc), damage by external forces, marine operation and fatigue failure were the culprits of fracture failures. Provision of automatic monitoring, installation of pipeline pigging equipment, strengthened suspension treatment and upgrading of pipeline material can effectively prevent the pipeline failures.
