摘要
传统蔬菜嫁接采用人工嫁接,生产率低、作业质量难以保证,为了解决此问题,设计了一次作业循环可同时嫁接5株秧苗的全自动嫁接机。该机的砧木夹持切削机构是直接接触秧苗的重要执行部件,其设计是研究的重点和难点。为此,介绍了砧木苗夹持切削机构的总体结构和工艺流程,以及关键部件的构成及工作原理,该机构可实现砧木苗夹持、两次断根处理的自动化作业。
The traditional vegetables grafting depends on manpower,so not only the productivity is low,but also the quality is difficult to guarantee,in order to solve this problem,a automatic grafting machine has been devised which can graft five seedling every cycle.The rootstock holding and cutting mechanism of automatic grafting machine is a important executive mechanism which is contact with rootstock directly,whether the design is good or not is a focal and difficult point of the study;the paper not only introduce the constituents and the working flow of the rootstock holding and cutting mechanism,but also the constituents of main parts and how it works.This machine can hold the stock and cut the stock twice to acquire the same height.
