Key Points and Measures of the Cutter Suction Dredger Construction

绞吸船是疏浚施工的主力船型。我国绞吸船挖泥操作主要依靠经验,操作水平偏低。对疏浚土质的重视程度不够,对泥泵、管线理论及性能匹配理解较浅,限制了产量的进一步提高。文章总结了绞吸船施工普遍存在的问题,分析提出了解决方法,供疏浚工程技术人员及绞吸船操作人员参考。

Cutter suction dredger is the main type in dredging construction,the operation of it in China mainly depends on experiences,and operation level is on the low side.Pay less attention to dredging physical and properties of soil and rock,not understand the contents deeply in the theory of the hydraulic conveying between mud pump and pipeline,confines the improvement of dredging output.This paper summarizes the common problems of dredging construction,analyses and puts forward some methods to solve them,provides references for engineering technicians and operating personnel.
