摘要
针对晶闸管控制的串联补偿电容器(TCSC)无法彻底消除系统次同步谐振(SSR)的问题,基于相位补偿原理设计了TCSC的附加阻尼控制器。通过对发电机转速差信号进行适当的放大和移相,产生附加控制信号来调节TCSC的触发角,使TCSC能够在整个次同步频段提供正的电气阻尼来抑制次同步谐振。基于IEEE SSR第一标准测试系统的频域和时域仿真表明,所设计的TCSC附加控制器能够有效抑制SSR。
The thyristor controlled series capacitor(TCSC) can provide inductive reactance under subsynchronous frequencies.However,in a hybrid system which includes both conventional fixed series compensation and TCSC,disturbances may still excite torsional modes.A supplementary damping controller of TCSC is designed to provide active electrical damping for SSR mitigation.The design method is base on phase compensation principle and the procedure for the syntheses of the controller is presented in detail.The effectiveness of the controller is validated using modified IEEE SSR first benchmark model both in frequency domain and time domain.The simulation results indicate that the proposed controller is effective to mitigate SSR.
