摘要
建立了婴幼儿配方奶粉中香兰素、乙基香兰素的气相色谱测定方法。利用香兰素在pH〉6的环境中以离子形式存在的性质,排除牛奶中乳脂等成分的干扰,然后以乙醚为萃取剂提取样品中的香兰素和乙基香兰素。在0.05 mg/kg、0.1 mg/kg和0.5 mg/kg 3个水平的添加平均回收率为86.1%-96.8%,相对标准偏差为2.06%-7.12%,方法的最低检出质量浓度为1.5 mg/kg和1.0 mg/kg。结果表明,本法可消除复杂基质的干扰,简便快速、准确可靠,适用于婴幼儿配方奶粉中香兰素和乙基香兰素的测定。利用此法对市售12个不同品牌的0-3岁婴幼儿配方奶粉进行测定,其中有2个奶粉(均为1-3岁幼儿奶粉)分别检出香兰素和乙基香兰素。
A method was reported for determination of Vanillin and Ethyl Vanillin in baby formula by Gas Chromatography with FID after extracted by ether.Vanillin and Ethyl Vanillin were both ion form for removing the interference with butterfat in milk when it was pH6,which was extracted by ether.The average recoveries of the same sample of 3 spiked levels of 0.05mg/kg,0.1 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg ranged between 86.1%~95.8%,and the C.V ranged from 2.06%~7.12%.The limits of detection were 1.5 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg.Result shows that this method could eliminate the interference with complex base material,conveniently,quickly;exactly.Therefore it can be used for the determination of Vanillin and Ethyl Vanillin in baby formula.The investigation for 12 different market infant formulas from 0 to 3 years old were completed by the method,Vanillin was detected in one sample and Ethyl Vanillin in another one,and both the two formulas were for 1~3 ages baby.
