摘要
简述了碱酸法提纯石墨的基本原理和焙烧工序发生的相关反应,主要探讨了焙烧时所加药剂种类对石墨提纯效果的影响,以及不同温度下不同药剂提纯效果的差异,尝试换用其他药剂进行焙烧提纯。经过理论分析认为,药剂种类对提纯效果的影响很大,药剂的碱性强弱直接影响到焙烧时药剂与杂质反应的难易程度,与提纯效果的关系密切,而且升高温度对不同药剂提纯效果的促进作用也是不一样的,试验验证了这一点。从这个角度出发进行了探索,来寻找改善提纯效果,降低成本,改进碱酸法的途径。
A brief description on the primary principle of graphite purification in alkali-acid method and correlated response occurring in roasting process was given. The paper mainly discussed the influence of reagent species in roasting on graphite purification, and the differences among different agents at various temperatures. An attempt was made on purifying graphite in other reagents. It was analyzed by theory that the reagent species have a great effect on refining effects, and the alkalinity of reagent could directly affect the degree of the reaction between reagent and impurity, so reagent species has a close relationship with refining effects. Furthermore, promotion of raising temperature on refining effects of different reagents was quite distinct too, which was proved by the experiment. From this perspective, exploration was made to seek the approaches of making the refining effect better, decreasing cost, and improving alkali-acid method.
