香蕉枯萎病菌的风险性分析 被引量:20

摘要 由尖孢镰刀菌古巴专化型Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense引起的香蕉枯萎病是世界性的香蕉毁灭性病害之一,也是国际植物病害检疫对象和我国广东省、福建省补充的植物检疫对象。为加大对该病的防治和检疫力度,控制其扩散、蔓延和危害,保护香蕉生产的安全,促进我国香蕉非疫区的建设,通过全面搜集香蕉枯萎病菌的相关资料,参照国际上有害生物风险性分析方法,采用定量分析指标体系,从香蕉枯萎病菌的国内外分布状况、潜在的经济危害性、定殖和扩散的可能性、风险管理难度以及香蕉的经济价值、生态和社会效益等几个方面对香蕉枯萎病菌的风险性进行了定性和定量分析,并进行了综合评价。结果表明,香蕉枯萎病菌的风险性值为2.12,属于高度危险的检疫性有害生物(病原菌),对我国香蕉产业的发展会造成严重的威胁,应加强风险性管理力度。 Fusarium wilt of banana caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense(Foc) is one of the most devastating diseases of banana in the world,and it is also one of the international quarantine diseases and supplementary quarantine disease of Guangdong and Fujian provinces.For strengthening the control and quarantine of Foc,preventing its dissemination,spread and damage,protecting the safety in banana production and promoting the building of non-disease areas of banana fusrium wilt,the methods of international pest risk analysis(PRA) and a quantitative analysis Index System proposed were used to analyze the risk of Foc qualitatively and quantitatively based on the extensively collected data about Foc.The contents of risk analysis in the present study included the economic values,ecological and social benefits of banana,as well as the distribution,potential damage level,the possibility of colonization and spread,and the control difficulty of Foc according to the methods of international pest risk analysis(PRA).The PRA results of Foc showed that the risk(R) value was 2.12,thus Foc belongs to highly devastating pest(pathogen),which possesses the potential serious damage to banana industry in China.Therefore,the pathogen must be managed seriously.
