摘要 针对自由燃烧的TIG电弧,分析并确定所涉及的控制方程和边界条件,建立了二维稳态的轴对称模型。采用Fluent软件,对控制方程与相关源项进行UDF二次开发,模拟稳态下的TIG电弧,获得了稳态TIG电弧的温度场、流场与压力场及工件表面压力分布等数据。结果表明,Fluent能方便快捷地模拟TIG电弧,所获得的数据与相关文献所测量结果吻合良好,对焊接研究及生产有重要意义。 According to the free burning TIG arc,analysis and identify the concerning governing equations and boundary conditions,a two-dimensional steady axisymmetric model has been developed.The secondary development of Fluent with UDF,which is used to compile the governing equations and related source terms,realizes the steady-state TIG arc model and gains the data of temperature field,flow field,pressure field and surface pressure distribution of the workpiece.The results showed that Fluent can be convenient and efficient to simulate the TIG arc,the data obtained is in good agreement with measurements of related literature and has important meaning for welding research and production.
