摘要
本文探讨了沥青基不熔化纤维和低温炭纤维在不同的活化条件下(800~1000℃,水蒸汽)活化收率及其与活化产物的比表面积,碘吸附值之间的相互关系。实验表明:两种不同原料的活化收率随活化温度的提高、活化时间的增长或活化剂浓度的增大而降低:其活化产物的比表面积及碘吸附值也随之增大。在相同的活化条件下,不熔纤维的活化收率较低,所制备的沥青基活化炭纤维(PACF)具有较大的比表面积和较高的碘吸附值。
In this paper, the change of the activation yield for pitch-based nonfusibleand low-temperature carbonized fibers with different activating conditions and the relationship among the specific surface area,the adsorption capacity to iodine of the products and the activation yield have been studied.The results showed that the yields of two materials decreased with the increasing of activating temperature, soaking time and concentration of activating reagent, while the specific surface area and the adsorption capacity to iodine of the products increased as well.Comparing these two precursor materials, it may be seen that under the same activating conditions,the activation yield of nonfusible fiber is less than that of low-temperature carbon fiber,whereas the specific surface area and the sorption capacity to iodine of the products with nonfusible fiber as starting materials are higher than that one.
