摘要
综述了薯蓣皂苷元的不同制备方法,其中借助超声、微波或酶解等辅助手段的改良方法均没有彻底脱离酸解这一过程,对环境造成一定的污染;而微生物发酵制备薯蓣皂苷元的方法,具有反应条件温和、副产物少、无污染等特点,为薯蓣皂苷元的生产提供了新思路。
Different preparation methods of diosgenin were summarized,hereinto,the supplementary means,such as,ultrasound,microwave or enzymolysis,had not separated from the progress of acidolysis thoroughly,which generated certain pollution to the environment,however,the preparation method of diosgenin through microorganism fermentation had the advantages,such as effective activator,less by products,little pollution and so on,which provided new ways for the production and development of diosgenin.
